Cancellation and Return Policy

1. You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse on App or Website. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

2. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.

3. E2dshop offers a 5 to 10 days return and exchange. The policy allows customers to raise the return/exchange request of a product within 10 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns so that you can raise a return request for one or other products. Our exchange service is absolutely free.

4. If the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online and the complete amount will be refunded.

5. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us 2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email and SMS on registered Mobile Number.

6. Under return Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. A product may be eligible for return within the specified time, if the product.

Note: All items to be exchanged or returned must be unused and in original condition with all tags, parts, accessories, user manual intact. All the products under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly always check the respective product's return/replacement policy.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within the applicable Returns Policy period. In a rare event of the replacement being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by the seller once they receive the product.
